Referees - Internet Analysis Report 2004

The involvement of referees and commentators was very valuable in completing the baseline study. It should be stressed that referees do not necessarily endorse or agree with all or any of the findings of the study. However, they have taken time to read and to comment, and their contribution is gratefully acknowledged.
